I buy this stuff in bulk. I probably have at least 10 right now in my cabinet. I'm not much a soup person, but I love this stuff. I think everytime I eat it, I say, "Man, I love this stuff!" It's weird, you shake it well, but that first pour comes out a little chunky and it looks a little scary, but you just zap it in the microwave and stir it a few times and it's good to go. I have had their creamy tomato soup and didn't care much for it but saw this and I was intrigued so I bought it but didn't have high hopes for this but was vastly surprised. I think it has just the right amount of everything to make it the most perfect tomato soup ever! Others have told me that it has a lot of pepper, but I have not noticed this. To me it's not spicy in the least.

while I also love this soup, I was disappointed that Amazon used a picture of the larger carton to sell the 16 oz. size. as another reviewer pointed out, the price is definitely not better than supermarkets or coops. I am canceling our subscription to the soup immediately. Amazon, you should be ashamed of yourself (selves?).

I love the taste of tangy roasted red pepper in this soup. It makes for an interesting twist on the boring old tomato soup. This variety is thick, tasty and filling. I like to accompany the soup with Glutino Cheddar Gluten Free Crackers and/or plain low fat Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream). A few points about the size:

Each box contains 16 oz of liquid (many stores sell only the larger 32oz size). One serving is 8 oz. However, for a filling meal I need double that (16 oz). Even doubled, the soup has only 220 calories and 4 gr of fat. Under the Subscribe and Save plan, the price for the 16 oz size is better then in my local WholeFoods.

This soup makes a great work lunch. I use one box for one lunch even though the container is resealable. In fact, it is also sold in 32 oz containers (also, with lower sodium content). Once opened, you should store it in the fridge and consume within a week or so.

I bought this soup at Cosco a long time ago and loved it. When they didn't carry it at Cosco any longer I went onine to buy it because I had to have more and Amazon had it for the best price!! It's great with grilled cheese sandwiches!! I'll definitely buy it again!!

Very good tomato soup.

This soup is great for lunch, on those nights you don't want to cook or just as a snack. My husband and I like it with shredded cheddar cheese and a grilled cheese sandwich or with a piece of toast. This soup is very lean: the whole 16oz container has only 4 grams of fat. So we don't feel guilty eating it. The only reason I gave this soup 4 stars and not 5 is because I wish they put just a little bit less sugar in it (but again, this is my personal preference). Otherwise very good soup with rich flavor.
